Resilience Lab, LLC is a sport and performance psychology practice based in Redlands, California, dedicated to helping athletes, performers, and professionals strengthen their mental game, emotional resilience, and overall well-being. Founded by Tabetha Johnson, MA, a Sport Psychology Practitioner and yoga educator, Resilience Lab blends evidence-based cognitive-behavioral strategies, mindfulness, and motivational science to help clients perform with purpose, balance, and confidence.
